Account & Registration

Yes — registering at ptganing is completely free. Visit ptganing.com/register, fill in your email address, Philippine mobile number, and create a secure password. Then enter your basic personal details and verify your mobile via OTP. The whole thing takes about two minutes. You only spend money when you choose to deposit and play.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at ptganing. This is a strict requirement. We may ask for age verification documents at any time, and accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one ptganing account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Go to ptganing.com/login and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email address and we'll send a reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive it within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder. Alternatively, use the Mobile OTP login method — it doesn't require a password at all.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select "Verify Identity." Upload a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's license, passport, or Voter's ID) and a selfie holding the ID. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal.

Go to Account Settings after logging in and select "Personal Details." To change your email or mobile number, you'll need to verify ownership of the new contact via OTP. For security reasons, changes to personal details may require additional verification before they take effect.

Accounts are typically locked after multiple failed login attempts or a flag by our security system. Contact ptganing support via email at support@ptganing.com with your registered email or mobile number. Our team will verify your identity and, if everything checks out, restore access — usually within a few hours.

Contact ptganing support and request permanent account closure. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Note that if you're considering closing your account due to problem gambling, our Responsible Gaming tools — including self-exclusion — may be a better fit. See Responsible Gaming for details.
Deposits

Log in to ptganing, go to your Account Dashboard, and tap "Deposit." Choose your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, etc.), enter the amount in Philippine pesos, and follow the prompts. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your ptganing account within a few seconds.

The minimum deposit at ptganing is ₱100. This applies to all payment methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. There is no cap on the maximum deposit, but very large deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our security policy.

ptganing accepts the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are in Philippine pesos (₱). We do not currently accept cryptocurrency.

GCash and Maya deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay can take up to 30 minutes, and PESONet transfers may take up to the next banking day. If it's been longer than expected, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and send it to support@ptganing.com. Our team will manually verify and credit the deposit within a few hours.

ptganing does not charge deposit fees on our end. However, some payment providers — particularly bank transfer services — may charge their own transaction fees on your side. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you're unsure. GCash and Maya deposits to ptganing are typically free.

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour waiting period. This is a responsible gaming feature and cannot be bypassed.

Common reasons for GCash deposit failures include: insufficient GCash balance, exceeding your GCash daily send limit (₱100,000 for fully verified users), or a temporary GCash service interruption. Check your GCash app for any error messages, ensure your GCash account is fully verified, and try again. If the issue persists, contact ptganing support with a screenshot of the error.
Withdrawals

Log in to ptganing, go to your Account Dashboard, and tap "Withdraw." Enter the amount in Philippine pesos, choose your payout method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), and confirm. Make sure your account is verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) take 1–3 business hours during banking hours, and may take up to the next banking day if requested on weekends or public holidays. Our target is to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ptganing is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, although very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine pesos.

ptganing does not charge withdrawal fees for standard payouts via GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a small processing fee depending on the bank and transfer amount. Any applicable fees will be shown clearly on the withdrawal confirmation screen before you confirm.

If your withdrawal has been pending longer than the expected timeframe, first check that your KYC verification is complete and your payment details are correct. Then contact ptganing support with your withdrawal reference number. The most common reasons for delays are incomplete account verification, an unmatched payment account name, or a temporary hold triggered by our security system.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include: account not fully verified, withdrawal amount exceeds available balance, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, payment account name doesn't match the registered name on ptganing, or a security hold. You'll receive an email explaining the reason. Contact support if you need clarification.

Yes. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a legal requirement under Philippine financial regulations. You'll need to upload a valid government-issued Philippine ID and a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours after submission.

ptganing offers a welcome bonus on your first deposit. The bonus amount is credited to your account automatically after your deposit is confirmed — no code needed. Wagering requirements (also called rollover) specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Your progress is tracked in your account dashboard under "Active Bonuses."

No. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully met. You can withdraw your real-money (non-bonus) funds at any time. If you request a withdrawal before clearing a bonus, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Your remaining real-money balance will still be processed normally.

Yes. Bonuses at ptganing have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. The specific expiry date is shown in your "Active Bonuses" section in your account dashboard. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses that are not used within the validity period are automatically removed from your account.

Yes. ptganing offers in-play (live) betting on selected events. Once a match is underway, you can place bets at updated odds that change in real time based on the game situation. Yes. ptganing supports Mobile OTP-based 2FA. You can enable it in Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Once enabled, any new login from an unrecognised device will require you to confirm via an OTP sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling this for all accounts.
